K.LALL Group, is a leading group of industries, based at Ludhiana, having interests and manufacturing units for the Textile Byes etc. ,  and steel , and having a Hotel at Mussourie, in Uttranchal.

The group is headed by Mr. Mohinder Goyal, who has business experience of several decades, and his brother Mr. Mahesh Goyal, who are the entrepreneurs of the current  generations, This group commenced it’s operations in 1950’s, when Mr. Kishori Lal Goyal, father of these two brothers  set up this business enterprise, for trading  in chemicals  and dyestuffs for textile dyes etc. The business was known as Kishori Lal Rangwala, and later was changed to K. Lall Group, which is now a very diversified group.
The Group today has a very  diversified portfolio and has a range aof business interests, from manufacturing to hospitality and the group  has established a niche for itself in real estate market in India.

The various activities of the group in diversified range are :

1. Steel Manufacturing Unit at Ludhiana : Ajar Amar Steels

The Group has set up a steel rolling and re-rolling mill at Focal Point in Ludhiana with an annual production capacity of 3500 MT per month and the group has been rapidly increasing its turnover in this business activity and unit is running profitably since inception. Keeping in view the changing scenario, the group has now already undertaken the expansion plans to manufacture TMT (Sariya) capacity 4000 MT per month which is an essential high value added component of the building and construction activity. The activity for this production range will greatly enhance the already successfully running manufacturing facility is likely to enhance tha overall value of the revenues.

2. Textile dyes Plant : Nechem Dyestuffs Pvt,. Ltd., Ahmedabad

As the core activities of the group commenced fron the marketing  of textile dyes at Ludhiana and in and around Punjab, the Group has set up a very modern and ISO Certified facility at Vatva in Gujrat (which is a chemical hub of Asia). The unit is engaged in the manufacture of dyestuffs for the cotton industry and has products acceptable  to the most established brands worldwide and today the group has very large share of exports in the overall revenues of the company.

3. Hospitality Projects : Park Plaza Sylverton, Mussoorie

As a constant developing group with  various interests, the group   establishes a very high quality hotel at Mussoorie which is today a 45 rooms property with a Restaurant, Bar, Conference Hall, Gym & Spa as well as other indoor and outdoor during arrangements. This is located at the most ideal location of Mussoorie, which is The Mall and is being managed by worldwide chain of hotels Park Plaza by Carlson hotel U.S.A. It has created a name for itself an dis today ranked as the most sought after destination for the traveler, both business and for leisure in Mussoorie.

4. Real Estate Venture: Janpath Estates Pvt, Ltd., Ludiana

The group has ventured into real estate in a big way and has partnered with a well known business group of Ludhiana, Eastman Impex Group owned by Jagdip Singhal and brothers. This company owns several very large high value and excellently located residential as well commercial land banks and most of these have been duly approved by the various competent authorities in the state Govt.

5. Trading Operations : K. Lall overseas , Ludhiana

As the first family business and core of the company’s inherited business strength, the company is running as a well known and  leading trading house for all types of dyes and auxiliaries and chemicals for textile industry in Punjab as well as in the neighbouring  Himachal and other areas, The company has extended its operations to South India as well, though kepping in view the other activities as stated above, this activity has taken a bit of back seat.
